Maya Badham is the founder of Safeguarding Animal & Human Survivors of Sexual and Domestic Abuse; a training, research and consultancy organisation specialising in helping professionals across sectors improve their response to the intersection of animal cruelty and interpersonal abuse. She is also a qualified Independent Sexual Violence Advisor and Canine Trauma Expert. Maya has an LLM in Human Rights Law and can be contacted at: mayabadham@sahsda.org.
