Simon McCrum is a solicitor, and was head of various teams at law firm Pannone in Manchester. Then, for 10 years, he was Managing Partner of Darbys Solicitors, which from a turnaround situation became the UK’s fastest-growing law firm. In 2016, Darbys was acquired by Knights PLC and Simon launched McCrum Consulting. He now helps firms and chambers to become The Perfect Legal Business (www.mccrumandco.com/books).
