The President of the Supreme Court, Rt. Hon Lord Neuberger, was the guest speaker at the first event on this year’s calendar for Women in the Law UK, held in March at The Midland Hotel in Manchester.
Hosted by the Vice Chair of the Association of Women Barristers, Sally Penni of Kenworthy’s Chambers, the evening shared the theme of International Women’s Day, “Be Bold for Change”, and was well attended by female and male members of the profession and legal academics.
